In the event that you purchase a diamond from us and later decide that you would like to sell it for whatever reason, we will try to sell the diamond for you as a consignment for a fee of 20% of the pre-determined selling price of the stone plus expenses such as updating of the lab report and any repair that the diamond may require to be sold by our company. Please note that we can not guarantee that your consignment will sell or how long it might take to sell because we don't have a crystal ball. We do not buy diamonds back.

What about diamonds not purchased from us? In an effort to maintain the integrity of our inventory we do not represent diamonds purchased from other companies because very few diamonds pass our evaluation process as it is and we are unable to determine the lineage of the diamond in terms of where it was sourced from and produced by. Please understand that this policy is truly for the protection of our clients and is maintained in an effort to guarantee that we are not trading in conflict goods. By only representing diamonds which we originally sold and thereby know the source of, we are able to maintain the confidence that we are not dealing in conflict diamonds.

• Diamond must not be damaged or show signs of wear. If the diamond or jewelry item requires repair and or repolishing the expense for doing so will be deducted from the trade-in or consignment value.
