The Short & Sweet Version: all contact information collected at the time of sale is for internal use only and will not be shared, sold or rented to any other person, company or enterprise.

The Full Monty: It seems like we receive approximately 200 pieces of "spam" email messages per hour. That's 200 more pieces of spam than we prefer to have to deal with. Thankfully we have filters installed to eliminate most of it automatically after the initial piece of unwanted email has been received, but we still find it irritating because it takes processing time to delete and forward to our spam box.

Since we prefer to know that you have a big smile on your face when you think of us, we do not share, rent or sell the contact information that we collect from our clients at the time of sale. Any contact information collected at the time of sale is strictly for our own internal use.

Participation in our opt-in newsletter is completely voluntary. You will be happy to know that we don’t send out newsletter every other day, the fact of the matter is that we’re lucky to get one out a few times per year as a major holiday approaches. Our newsletter contains information such as product updates, special offers, exclusive electronic coupons, product care information, etc. Customers not wanting to receive an occasional newsletter, electronic coupon, etc. may simply elect not to participate.

The information that we collect at the time of sale includes:

• Your permanent address and telephone number for our sales receipt.
• Your shipping address and telephone number if different.
• The name(s) you would like us to use on our appraisal for insurance purposes.
• Your email address.

Optional information that we would like to have in order to serve you better at some point in the future:

• The name of your spouse.
• The birthday of your spouse.
• Your wedding anniversary.
• Your birthday.

If you don’t want to receive a birthday card or a reminder that your anniversary is just around the corner, just don’t provide us with the information. It’s that simple.
