Our Service Is Smokin'!
We care about our customers and focus on building life
long relationships based upon trust and honest representation of top
quality products. Proof of our commitment to our customers is evident in the quality of the
diamonds and merchandise that we choose to represent as well as the
reference letters that our customers post to The
Public Eye and other consumer watch dog organizations.
We believe that our selection process and attention to detail is what
sets us apart from our competitors. While we could certainly sell
more diamonds by merely mirroring the tens of thousands of diamonds
listed in the multiple listing services available by subscription to the
trade and having those diamonds drop shipped to our customers as so many
of our competitors do, we prefer to carefully sift through the offerings
from each of our cutters and bring in those diamonds which look
interesting for personal evaluation. We only represent diamonds
which we have personally evaluated so that we may provide our clients
with an accurate assessment of the diamonds being offered.
Approximately one half of the diamonds that we bring in for physical
evaluation make it on to our
inventory listings because of our strict
selection criteria. The rest are returned to the cutters so that they
may be offered to other vendors who have different standards. We
believe that round brilliant ideal cut diamonds offer the best
combination of brilliance, dispersion and scintillation and thus the
round brilliant cut diamonds listed in our Private Reserve have zero
ideal cut proportions, AGS Ideal or GIA Excellent polish and symmetry
and either AGS Ideal Light Performance or GIA Excellent Cut ratings -
the highest ratings available for these characteristics from both
laboratories! Careful attention is paid to the type of inclusions
contained within each diamond as well as to the size, location and
extent of those inclusions. Our attention to detail takes the
guesswork out of selecting a beautiful diamond and assures you of exceptional
beauty, quality and value.
While the majority of our inventory consists of round brilliant ideal
cut diamonds because our statistics reflect that they result in our
highest volume of sales, we do stock a limited number of hand selected
fancy shape diamonds in our inventory and are happy to conduct a global
market search for additional options upon request via
email
please be sure to specify the shape, carat weight, color and clarity of
the diamond that you seek to make our efforts as effective as possible.
For your convenience, we accept payment
via Bank to Bank Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards. We do NOT accept cows, chickens, kids, or ex-wives
as payment
(although we have a real doozy available and are currently accepting
sealed bids).
Pending prior sale, your loose diamond
or jewelry item will be sent out the
same day your wired funds are verified by our bank or payment is received
by credit card. Please allow 2 - 3 extra days for diamonds to be
set in a mounting of your choosing. We ship
via Overnight & Insured via Federal Express, Express Mail, and/or
Registered & Insured U.S. "Snail" Mail.
All merchandise is shipped out ready to be presented, wrapped in a beautiful
box and accompanied by a retail appraisal for insurance purposes
which is included at no additional charge. Insurance replacement business
is welcome, contact our
office for assistance.
