Shipping within the United States via Federal Express:

  • We ship Monday through Saturday via insured Federal Express.

  • Packages usually arrive by 10:30 the next day (no deliveries on Sunday)*
  • The average cost of shipping a one carat diamond via Federal Express is $57.00
  • Packages may be scheduled for Saturday delivery for an additional $10.00
  • Fed Ex does NOT guarantee a delivery time for Saturday...
  • The cost of shipping increases in accordance with the insured value of the diamond.
  • Exact shipping costs will be provided at the time of purchase.
  • Fed Ex packages may not be sent to a P.O. Box, however the package may be held for pick up at a Fed Ex station.
  • Adult signature and valid identification is required for pick-up.
  • Important - make sure that you do not have a signature release on file with Federal Express because our insurance ends the moment the package is delivered.  If you have a signature release on file, the delivery person may leave the package on your doorstep and it will not be insured against loss regardless of how we mark the package!

  • Inspect the package for tampering BEFORE signing acceptance of the package and REFUSE any package that appears to have been tampered with and contact us immediately.

Shipping within the United States via Snail Mail:

  • May be sent to a P.O. Box or any other postal destination within the United States.
  • Average delivery time is 5 - 7 business days, but can take longer.
  • Average cost is $25.00 but will be charged in accordance with weight and value.
  • The diamond is usually sent in one package with the paperwork sent via Priority Mail.

International Shipping (outside the United States):

  • All international orders MUST be paid for by wire transfer.  No exceptions.
  • We ship Monday through Friday via insured Federal Express International Priority Service only.
  • Packages usually arrive within 2 - 3 business days depending on how long it takes to clear to customs.
  • Average cost of shipping and insurance is $75.00 to $125.00 for the average one carat diamond.
  • Exact shipping costs will be provided at time of purchase.
  • Additional excise and/or import taxes may apply, contact your customs department.  We do not know the amount of excise tax and /or fees imposed by each country, please contact your local customs department to determine their policies.
  • May not be sent to a P.O. Box but Fed Ex Station Hold is available.
  • Signature required.  Valid government issued photo identification is required.
  • IMPORTANT: make sure that you do not have a signature release on file with Federal Express because our insurance ends the moment the package is delivered.  If you have a signature release on file, the delivery person may leave the package on your doorstep and it won't be insured against loss regardless of how we mark the package!

International Destinations:

Destinations for international shipments are restricted to the following list of countries because these are the destinations which our insurance company will provide coverage for the transportation of high value items.  If your country of residence is not listed below, we are unable to ship to that country - but only because we can not obtain insurance coverage for the package.  We'd love to be able to ship all over the world!

  • Bahamas

  • Bahrain

  • Barbados

  • Belgium

  • British Virgin Islands

  • Canada

  • Guam

* The majority of the shipping cost incurred when shipping via Federal Express results from the insurance binder assigned to the specific package.  This insurance is not obtained from Federal Express and can not be refunded if there is a delay in the delivery of your package by Federal Express.  Approximately $9.00 of the shipping cost is actually due to freight and the rest applies to an insurance binder that covers your package specifically.  No matter how late Federal Express is and no matter what their Customer Service Representatives might say, the cost of the insurance binder is not refundable.  Fed Ex can not refund the cost of insurance because they do not insure our packages... No matter what their customer service representatives might tell you, Fed Ex insurance does not apply to jewelry or diamonds valued for more than $500.00 but don't take our word for it, read the fine print in their manual... Our twenty one (21) day inspection period begins from the moment that you sign for the package not from when we send it.
